Not satisfied with yourself for what you have done or not done.
And this is true! Lately I have been deleting items from my Google Keep To Do list instead of ticking them off on paper. Consequently I haven't been able to read and reflect upon how much I've completed each day.
SIDE NOTE: I love that the meaning had the word "satisfied" in it. As we Manifesting Generators are "doers" it feels like it was written specifically for us! 
I know I have achieved a lot this past couple of weeks which I AM proud of. But there's always a mountain more to be done and I think this is where I'm energetically at risk of falling out of life balance. When my excitement is high, working long and hard is fine because I'm regenerating energy. When my excitement is low, I'm draining from a limited supply... so it's definitely time to take a break!
Focusing more on the "To Do" pile than the "Completed" pile can cause me to lose mindfulness of how much excitement I'm feeling and whether I'm correctly wielding my energy.
So next time you have a runny nose take note of which pile your focus is on.
