I recently listened to Neville Goddard's short book Feeling is the Secret, and one of his tips is to fall asleep each night feeling as if you already have the thing you desire. Neville teaches that the state in which you fall asleep impresses your subconscious mind, which then manifests into your waking reality. By assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled before sleep, you program your subconscious to bring it into physical form.
I've done this in the past by feeling gratitude, and it knocked me out (zzz) really fast. I remember that it delivered good results, but this time, I wanted to manifest something inspiring so that I think about day and night.
So, what did I desire?
I first thought about selling my Gene Keys Express solution, but it felt too small.
I felt into freedom, but it wasn't specific enough to be consistently energizing.
Then I remembered my vision of hosting a large weekly in-person mastermind event for Purpose Playground on the Gold Coast. When I tapped into that, my energy shot to the moon! So that became my pre-sleep feeling/dreaming ritual. I started three nights ago.
The Results
Result 1: A Sudden Drive for Systems
On the first day, I had an overwhelming urge to organize everything into standardized run sheets and checklists. This isn’t unusual behavior for me, but the timing and sense of urgency were.
Side note: Between Jenn and me, we have seven variables pointing right—that’s a LOT of fluidity. And it shows in our marketing and community efforts ➜ we’ve been shooting from the hip.
Result 2: Solving a Months-Long Problem in Hours
On the second morning, I woke up at 5 AM with the solution to something I had been trying to solve for months. Ideally, I wanted a simple way for people to use my Gene Keys Express tool without needing to install and learn new software. The answer? I used ChatGPT Canvas to code a simple form solution.
Within three hours, it was completed and embedded inside the Purpose Playground platform.
Result 3: Owning My Woo-Woo on My Personal Profile
Until now, I’ve been holding back from publicly posting all my woo-wooness on my Facebook Personal Profile. I’ve mostly shared in closed groups like this one.
I’ve been doing a LOT of shadow work this past month, but last night at the gym, I suddenly felt empowered to transparently bare all on my Personal Profile. I pulled out my phone and started making notes. When I got home, I kept writing until 11:30 PM and continued today.
It seems that spirit wants me to share a multi-part series to get everyone up to speed!
Result 4: The Birth of a Daily Co-Working Subscription
For the longest time, I’ve wanted to offer a one-stop-shop subscription - something that provides the tech skills, guidance, and healing work I needed throughout my own purpose journey.
