I used to force myself to do things that I didn't feel like doing, but the longer I persisted with the Human Design experiment, the more I realised it was futile to push and burn myself out.
Any time we are pushing ourselves to do something we don't feel like doing, we are not taking the aligned action.
So you need to STOP and FEEL what your body wants to do and then obey its response to the letter. Does it want to nap, relax, read a book, take a walk, workout, have fun, indulge in a hobby, call a friend or something else?
If your body wants to relax, then you need to relax 100%, both mind and body. Relaxing the body while still thinking about the task in your mind? That is not relaxing! The sooner you can completely let go, the sooner you will reset and receive the inspiration to get back to work again.
