I was shuffling my tarot deck today and two cards leapt out of the pack in a way that shouted "Read me!"
Below are the card names, short extracts from BiddyTarot.com and how I feel they relate to me.
Ace of Pentacles
"The Ace of Pentacles represents new beginnings, opportunities, and potential and correlate to the material world.... you’ll have the chance to bring an idea to fruition. The Ace of Pentacles heralds a sense of prosperity and abundance in the material or financial areas of your life. It undoubtedly comes as a welcome invitation – but it is not a free ride. As with all Aces in the Tarot deck, this card illustrates the possibility of a new endeavour but does not guarantee its manifestation or success. That piece is up to you."
Meaning to me
I feel this card, on top of many other signs of late, is giving me the green light to charge forth with my idea for the Virtual Get Togethers for Manifesting Generators as it is a new endeavour that I threw myself into 11 days ago and is based on a large community vision I've held for a few years now.
The Star (reversed)
"The Star reversed also shows that you are disengaged and uninspired with life or components of your life (for example, work, hobbies, relationships, personal projects, etc.). Perhaps you started out with great vision and enthusiasm, but you are now finding yourself overwhelmed by day-to-day routines that are boring and dreary. This card is particularly relevant for career readings when you feel disconnected from the work you do and wonder if it’s time to move on or make a change. Reconnect to what is truly important to you and your soul’s purpose for this lifetime. Align your daily life with this purpose, and you will find new sources of inspiration."
Meaning to me
I feel this relates to my KaHuna Australia project. It has taken the backseat in the inspiration department. I'm inspired to do it, it's just not as exciting as the new endeavour but isn't that always the case?
The reason I started that project was to help the modalities of Ka Huna and Lomi Lomi Bodywork to flourish globally as well as provide an easy way for these bodyworkers to get found online.
I feel it's the slow momentum of obtaining new listings that is causing the lack in inspiration. Momentum breeds excitement.
In the middle of the night last night it came to me that I needed to drop the idea of making video tutorials until such time that I was excited to make them. Just because I know how to make them doesn't mean I should. The task of creating new tutorial videos for the KaHuna Australia project had been looming over me for weeks now and just felt that a lot of work that I wasn't going to feel satisfied by. So I have now removed that task from my To Do list and already I'm excited about working on the next set of tasks for that project.
I originally wrote this post in the morning and now I'm revisiting it this evening. I'm really happy to report that productivity today on the KaHuna Australia project was through the roof!
Amazing what happens when we eliminate an energetic bottleneck.
