About Me

Hi, I’m Mark Reynolds. I specialise in building workflows with n8n, the open-source automation platform that’s as powerful as it is cost-effective.

After 15+ years in IT support, project rollouts, and knowledge base building, I’ve found my sweet spot: designing practical automations that eliminate repetitive work, integrate business tools, and create more space for people to focus on the work that really matters.

I also enjoy pairing n8n with custom GPTs — using AI as a thinking partner and n8n as the execution engine. Together, they create scalable, intelligent systems that run smoothly in the background.

•  Biz Brains AI (n8n + Supabase + Google Drive/Sheet) - Imagine a Knowledge Base that knows everything about your business and that AI can query to answer Customer Support queries on your behalf. That's what I'm currently building.
• Little Black Networking Book – Imagine a digital rolodex that is both accessible in both table view and via a Telegram chatbot. Type what/who you need and AI responds. Currently planning the data structure for this project.
• SoulSync AI – A Custom OpenAI GPT tool that helps users uncover and reprogram limiting beliefs. Current version integrates German New Medicine. Click here for a real-life example. Free for all to use.
• AI Invoice Processor – Upload PDF invoice into custom GPT ➜ GPT extraction specific information and sends it to n8n ➜ n8n writes to Google Sheet.
• Content RAG Pipeline – Drop a file into Google Drive folder ➜ n8n picks it up and stores in vector database ➜ Use chatbot to converse with AI to retrieve specific IP.
• Bettermode Invitation Email - Gmail receives a purchase notification ➜ n8n extracts the name and email and sends to make.com to take advantage of its free native integration with the Bettermode community platform ➜ make.com sends a secure invitation link to the customer.
• LitUp Coach – Personalized AI Assistant and Coach framework that combines Human Design insights with Plug & Play functionality and workflow automation.
